Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
