About the position

The Assistant Team Lead Analysis-Privacy, ESG & AI role at Bloomberg Law involves recommending, designing, and managing cross-team projects that support the company's roadmap and strategy in areas such as Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Privacy & Data Security, and the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with legal practice. The position requires collaboration with various teams to create technology-enhanced tools and content that assist legal practitioners and improve their workflows.

Responsibilities

• Form and manage project-based teams to deliver technology-enhanced tools and content.
• Oversee and create practical guidance for legal practitioners to improve efficiency.
• Analyze legal market trends using data-driven insights to inform lawyers.
• Develop additional technology-enhanced tools and content for the legal market.
• Manage projects and provide continuous feedback to peers and leadership.
• Collaborate across teams to curate and maintain unique content and analysis ideas.
• Engage in thought leadership through interactions with industry leaders and participation in events.
• Communicate with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to gather feedback and generate new content ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• J.D. required.
• 5 years' experience in developing and executing workflow solutions in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• At least 3 years' experience in corporate governance, data privacy, or corporate legal strategy, preferably in an in-house role.
