About the position

The Assistant Team Lead for Analysis in Privacy, ESG & AI at Bloomberg Industry Group is responsible for leading cross-team projects that align with the strategic roadmap for Bloomberg Law. This role focuses on emerging developments in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Corporate Governance, Privacy & Data Security, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within legal practice areas. The position requires collaboration with various teams to create technology-enhanced tools and content that support legal practitioners in their work.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, design, and run cross-team projects to support Bloomberg Law's roadmap and strategy.
• Form and manage project-based teams to create and deliver technology-enhanced tools and content.
• Oversee and create practical guidance in subject matter expertise for legal practitioners.
• Generate data-driven analysis of legal market trends to provide insights to lawyers.
• Conceive and develop additional technology-enhanced tools and content for the legal market.
• Manage projects in assigned areas and provide continuous feedback to peers and leadership.
• Collaborate within and across teams to develop and maintain unique content and analysis ideas.
• Engage in thought leadership through interactions with industry leaders and participation in events.
• Communicate with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to facilitate feedback and new content ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• J.D. required.
• 5 years' experience in developing and executing workflow solutions in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• At least 3 years' experience with corporate governance, data privacy, product counseling, or corporate legal strategy, preferably in an in-house role.
