Responsibilities

• Implement the Team Leader's vision for the Market Center.
• Use Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability.
• Consult with the middle 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention.
• Lead the development of associates to achieve minimum average income per associate.
• Attain dominant market share in target markets.
• Recruit sales associates weekly, including interviewing, selecting, and hiring.
• Share Market Center value with recruits.
• Assist with training for existing sales associates in key business areas.
• Help lead sales and business meetings.
• Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers for sales associates daily.
• Generate leads for new sales associates to join the company on a daily/weekly basis.
• Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit weekly.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of leadership in previous roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls).
• Ability to set and achieve high goals.
• Experience in recruiting and developing sales associates.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in residential real estate.
• Computer and MLS experience.
