About the position

We are seeking a creative and experienced assistant to support our art director. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, art direction, and visual storytelling. As an assistant to the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic vision of projects, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and resonate with our target market.

Responsibilities

• Assist with digital campaigns, print materials, and branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with Art Director to deliver high-quality visual solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro to create graphics and layouts.
• Apply knowledge of color theory and visual design to enhance the overall aesthetic of projects.
• Oversee photography sessions to ensure that images align with the project's vision and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to inform design strategies.
• Assist the Art Director with all creative projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the graphic design field.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and production.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent illustration skills with the ability to sketch concepts quickly.
• Experience in photography is a plus, with an eye for capturing compelling visuals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
