About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the COO of Maplevilles Cabinetry. This role is essential for managing accounts, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to marketing and HR tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a proactive attitude, thriving in a dynamic environment while handling a broad range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders for existing accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Assist with daily email management, prioritizing and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide basic customer service, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Organize and manage files, records, and reports relevant to COO accounts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events as needed.
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Support marketing tasks, such as drafting emails, creating simple reports, or organizing campaigns.
  • Assist with light HR functions, including document management, tracking employee data, and onboarding assistance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with marketing and HR tasks is a plus.
