Overview: The Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing a wide range of high-level professional and personal administrative and project support. The Assistant will oversee and streamline internal processes and operations, ensuring efficient management of the CEO's schedule. He/She will manage the Office of the CEO by driving key organization-wide projects and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives. The Assistant will play a pivotal role in optimizing the productivity and effectiveness of the CEO, contributing directly to the success of our organization's mission and goals. The Assistant will act as the primary liaison between the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Team, franchisees, and external entities, anticipating and proactively addressing the needs of the CEO. The role involves complex calendar and agenda management, domestic and international travel planning, project management, meeting preparation and high-level correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. The Assistant will professionally represent the company, exercising confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment in a variety of areas.
