About the position

The Assistant to the Office Manager will support the office manager in various administrative tasks within a building management company that oversees commercial real estate, including apartment buildings, storefronts, and warehouses. This role involves direct communication with tenants and requires proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word, as well as bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from tenants.
  • Creating reports and spreadsheets to assist in office management.
  • Communicating with tenants to help resolve any issues they may encounter.
  • Reviewing tenant rent ledgers and tracking delinquencies.

Requirements
