About the position

As an Assistant Vacation Rental Property Manager at REMAX Premier Realty, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our vacation rental properties. This position requires a dedicated individual who can ensure seamless communication with property owners and provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls efficiently, maintaining clear and proactive communication with property owners, and addressing guest concerns promptly. Your role will also involve coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, liaising with vendors, and scheduling necessary services to ensure the properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. In addition to these responsibilities, you will organize property cleanings and inspections, handle documentation and paperwork diligently, and cultivate relationships with new clients. Managing property schedules effectively and addressing reservation inquiries with expertise will be key components of your daily tasks. You will also participate in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers, ensuring that our guests receive the support they need at all times. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively, all while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management would be a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
  • Basic knowledge of The Villages and its amenities
  • Physical capabilities to bend repeatedly and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
