As an Assistant Vacation Rental Property Manager at REMAX Premier Realty, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our vacation rental properties. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls efficiently, maintaining clear and proactive communication with property owners, and addressing guest concerns promptly. Your role will also involve coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, liaising with vendors, and scheduling necessary services to ensure the properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. In addition to these responsibilities, you will organize property cleanings and inspections, handle documentation and paperwork diligently, and cultivate relationships with new clients. Managing property schedules effectively and addressing reservation inquiries with expertise will be key components of your daily tasks. You will also participate in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers, ensuring that our guests receive the support they need at all times.
