About the position

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Marketing at Willow Bridge Property Company is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the company's marketing strategies and brand presence in the West Region. This position involves managing a team of marketing directors, collaborating with various stakeholders, and overseeing marketing performance across a portfolio of communities. The AVP will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing directors, setting long-term and short-term goals.
  • Collaborate with VPs, Regional Managers, and onsite teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines and collateral creation for new construction and rebranding projects.
  • Manage the Marketing department's budgets and provide strategic guidance on property marketing budgets.
  • Monitor and enhance all paid marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Strategy Team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketing vendors and key stakeholders, providing insights into marketing performance.
  • Develop marketing materials for new business proposals and align with company-wide objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional growth plans for marketing directors.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by attending meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in multifamily marketing.
  • Expertise in SEM, SMM, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
