About the position

The Assistant Video Producer & Editor at Crimson Circle is responsible for producing high-quality spiritual educational content through video production, editing, and live webcasting. This full-time role requires collaboration with a team to create inspiring content for global distribution, with a focus on studio-based production and live event management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule productions, securing necessary crew and equipment.
• Prepare studio for video recording.
• Edit and prepare any pre-recorded content.
• Oversee studio and live event productions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Operate PTZ cameras or mix live audio and cue pre-recorded media.
• Execute and monitor live streaming and recording to ensure clear and professional audio and video quality.
• Create graphics, edit and color correct videos.
• Perform sound editing and audio mixing.
• Deliver content in final formats while maintaining high production standards.
• Edit intros, recaps, trailers, and other promotional materials.
• Manage studio lighting, stage dressing, projections, and other technical tasks as needed.
• Operate and maintain production studio and video equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues on the spot and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-camera studio production.
• 5+ years of experience in remote camera (PTZ) operation.
• 5+ years of experience in live audio production and audio editing.
• 5+ years of experience in studio lighting and stage dressing.
• 5+ years of experience in live streaming and webcasting in a studio setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Apple Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe Media Encoder and/or Apple Compressor.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge or interest in AI-generated video content.
• Experience with live presentation software (e.g., ProPresenter).
• Familiarity with streaming platforms like Vimeo.
• Proficiency with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).
