About The Position
The Assistant Warrior Manager (AWM) is responsible for overseeing the operations of a military warrior restaurant, ensuring high-quality meal service for government soldiers. The AWM acts as the highest-ranking manager in the absence of the Warrior Restaurant Manager (WRM), managing staff, maintaining compliance with food service regulations, and ensuring budgetary control. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team of 20 to 60 employees and to maintain positive relations with both staff and government personnel.
