About the position
Tabor Academy is seeking a part-time, temporary Assistant Wrestling Coach for the upcoming winter season. This role focuses on supporting an all-gendered wrestling squad, emphasizing the student experience during practices and meets.
Responsibilities
- Attend all wrestling practices and meets.
- Coach and mentor student athletes in wrestling techniques and strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Assist in organizing and managing wrestling events and competitions.
Requirements
- High school wrestling experience is required.
- Preferably have college wrestling experience.
- Some coaching experience is preferred.
- Valid First Aid Certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching other sports.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
