About the position

The Assisted Living Administrator / Executive Director will oversee four intimate assisted living homes in Mint Hill and South Charlotte, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with state regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents. The administrator will work closely with various staff members and act as a liaison between residents, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the residential care coordinator and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with state regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families, ensuring open communication and support.
  • Maintain and uphold all the standards of The Post, including exceptional customer service and care.
  • Adhere to and manage the business budget, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor all four homes to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, and the community, addressing any concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and management of staff to maintain a skilled and compassionate team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote The Post and attract potential residents and their families.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid NC Assisted Living Administrator license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and remain on-call 24/7.
  • Proficient in budget management and financial oversight.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and service.
