About the position

The Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community, focusing on achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals while supervising and developing all employees. This role ensures that services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, overseeing day-to-day activities within the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Assisted Living community to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Supervise and develop all employees within the community.
  • Ensure services exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the Assisted Living facility.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living setting.
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • High level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
