The Assisted Living Director - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Wichita Presbyterian Manor is a pivotal role responsible for the comprehensive management of the Assisted Living Department. The director will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and implementing best practices in assisted living care. This position is not only about managing operations but also about being an advocate for the residents, ensuring that their voices are heard and their preferences are respected. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Assisted Living Department.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • Must possess a current active license to practice as a LPN in this state.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care community, or other related health care facility is required.
  • Previous geriatric nursing experience is desired.
