About the position
The Assisted Living Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment. This role involves managing staff, developing care plans, and fostering a community atmosphere that promotes the well-being and dignity of all residents. The Director will also collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of caregivers and support staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Oversee the operations management of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards in assisted living and memory care services.
- Foster a positive community environment by engaging residents in activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with families to address concerns and provide updates on resident progress.
- Maintain financial acumen by managing facility budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
