About the position
Crane's Mill is looking for an Assisted Living RN to assist with admissions, transfers and emergencies within the continuum of care inclusive of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, particularly supporting our Assisted Living and Memory Support Unit. This is a full-time RN position!
Responsibilities
- Assist with admissions and transfers
- Manage emergencies within the continuum of care
- Support the Assisted Living and Memory Support Unit
Requirements
- Registered Nursing License in NJ
- CPR certified
- Two to Three years experience as a licensed Registered Nurse required
- One to two years in a Nursing or Sub-Acute Care Facility preferred
- Active listening and visual skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
