Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
  • Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
  • Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
  • Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
  • Create a safe working environment for employees and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Assist in training and guiding Team Members and Shift Managers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
  • Basic personal computer literacy.
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
