About the position

This position is focused on managing and supporting all paid digital marketing initiatives to drive revenue both online and in-store. The role is crucial for the success of the digital business and involves executing marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns including paid search, PMAX, video, affiliates, influencers, and display advertising.
• Responsible for weekly reporting on customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, campaign performance, and creative performance.
• Develop and own reporting, analytics, and optimization tactics for continual improvement of campaigns.
• Set up and execute tests based on best practices and past results to improve overall results.
• Execute against budget and ensure accurate expenditure tracking and accounting for brand(s).
• Monitor performance across programs and conduct measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital programs.
• Monitor spend, revenue, and KPIs weekly and make investment recommendations as necessary.
• Help identify and leverage collaborations between all paid programs.
• Evaluate new customer acquisition metrics and the subsequent value of customers acquired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years' online consumer retail marketing experience, including online/internet retail consumer marketing.
• Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong spreadsheet, word processing, and database skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
