About the position

The Associate Account Executive (AAE) plays a crucial role in supporting Account Executives (AE) within Disney Entertainment by driving revenue growth through new business generation and client retention. The AAE is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts, responding to RFPs, and ensuring successful campaign execution while maintaining strong client relationships. This position allows for growth into prospecting and leading sales efforts after a year in the role, emphasizing collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for Account Executives (AE) within Disney Entertainment.
• Generate new business and retain existing clients across multimedia and addressable products.
• Coordinate marketing and planning to respond to RFPs and create pitches.
• Partner with the Insights team to develop qualitative information for pre-sale planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and agencies, ensuring campaign elements are executed fully.
• Prepare deal memos and coordinate 'Playbooks' for larger campaigns.
• Lead weekly agency status calls or emails regarding campaign performance.
• Work alongside the AE to ensure client renewals and continued business.
• Compile weekly and quarterly sales and client status reports.
• Stay current on video advertising trends and provide industry updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Linear and/or Digital platforms.
• Proficiency in media math and analysis.
• Ability to manipulate data for analysis and presentation.
