Responsibilities

  • Organize daily schedules to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • Military experience is acceptable, demonstrating skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.
