We are actively recruiting for an Associate Account Manager to join the InterWest Team in the Transportation unit of our Commercial Lines Department. This position serves as an introductory role for individuals who are unlicensed and in the process of obtaining a Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license, or for those who are newly licensed without an assigned book of business or with a small, less complex book of business to maintain. The Associate Account Manager will develop and demonstrate an understanding of the sales process while supporting the sales efforts for both new and renewal business. This role is crucial in maintaining effective client and carrier relationships by providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on client retention within the Commercial Lines department. The Associate Account Manager will be based in one of our offices located in Chico, Merced, Roseville, Sacramento, or Woodland.
