Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Long Term Care Associate Account Manager to represent our existing Psychiatry products within Long Term Care (LTC) Accounts in Austin, TX. This role is pivotal in executing the brand strategy and collaborating with local sales teams to implement product access strategies tailored to commercial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the LTC sector, including nursing home staff, closed-door pharmacies, consultant pharmacists, physicians, and mid-level practitioners. This position requires a strategic approach to selling, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are upheld while delivering results. The LTC Associate Account Manager will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision-makers in the assigned territory. This includes demonstrating business acumen through analysis to identify and quantify business opportunities, as well as attending relevant Society meetings to engage with key decision-makers. A solid understanding of the long-term care industry and established relationships within it are essential for success in this role. The candidate will monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental sales of psychiatry products, creating access opportunities within LTC settings. In this position, the individual will proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership to align resources with organizational objectives.
