About the position

The Associate Account Manager for Retail Operations and Marketing is a remote position focused on enhancing client communication, brand presence, and product visibility on platforms like Amazon. The role involves supporting cross-divisional projects, conducting data analysis, and optimizing the customer experience to drive growth and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-divisional client communication, projects, and deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Proactively enhance the client's brand and product presence on Amazon, leveraging innovative strategies to drive visibility and sales.
  • Facilitate effective cross-channel communication internally and externally, including agendas, action items, and client updates.
  • Conduct audits of client catalog data to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance SEO, and optimize the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly/campaign recaps, by providing data analysis and ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Utilize BI Analytics and performance dashboards to extract actionable insights, identify areas of opportunity, and drive client performance.
  • Process large data files using Excel and Google Sheets to generate customized reports and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, retail operations, or marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI Analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and process improvement.
