About the position

The Associate Account Manager at Appcast plays a crucial role in supporting Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their expertise in multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for building campaigns, investigating technical issues, and generating valuable insights for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of support and service. In this role, the Associate Account Manager will engage in various tasks that include providing timely and accurate support to Account Managers, which encompasses generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts. Staying updated with Appcast's product enhancements is essential, as this knowledge will enable the Associate Account Manager to effectively communicate the value of Appcast's products to clients. Additionally, the Associate Account Manager will conduct media research and collaborate with cross-company teams to plan and execute media strategies. This involves building campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform, as well as providing direct customer support to clients. When necessary, the Associate Account Manager will escalate issues to Account Managers and partner with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, ensuring that client-facing problems are resolved efficiently while enhancing their technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers for requests including generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts.
  • Keep up to date with Appcast product enhancements and maintain knowledge of how Appcast's products provide value to clients.
  • Conduct media research and collaborate with cross-company teams to plan and execute media strategies.
  • Build campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform.
  • Provide direct customer support to Appcast clients, escalating issues to Account Managers as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, solving client-facing issues while building technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.
