About the position

The Associate Account Manager will support the Construction unit at HUB International, focusing on servicing large construction insurance clients. This role involves managing client correspondence, processing insurance documentation, and ensuring timely communication with insurance carriers. The position emphasizes personal and professional development while contributing to a motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

• Transmit correspondence to clients and carriers
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and client representatives upon request
• Process endorsement requests and secure pricing from carriers if needed
• Manage account documentation; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrier
• Maintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely
• Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development
• Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management
• Provide support to the ProEx team
• Daily management of the agency interface system (download) and ensure all transactions are matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month end

Requirements

• Property/Casualty License or willingness to sit for exam upon hire
• High school diploma required, though college degree is preferred
• Well organized with an aptitude for details
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies
• Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• EPIC experience preferred
