About the position

As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple concurrent photo shoots within our in-house Photo Studio. Your primary responsibilities will include creating shortlists and ensuring data integrity within our workflow tool. You will track and resolve shot request variances in collaboration with appropriate business partners, ensuring that all aspects of the photo shoots run smoothly. Additionally, you will partner with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for photo shoots, assisting in the scheduling of product laydown and product on-figure photo shoots. You will oversee the daily photo shoot workflow process, managing high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline to ensure timely asset delivery. As the primary point of contact for questions regarding sample and shortlist integrity for on-figure and laydown photography, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our photo shoots. You will also be responsible for providing accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team, analyzing data, and offering recommendations for future photo shoots. Creating, publishing, and maintaining seasonal shot guidelines will be essential to ensure that the correct shot strategy is mapped to the approved budget. Your strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail will be vital in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where you will need to act quickly and independently while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Technical proficiency in PC and Mac OS platforms, Excel, Microsoft Word, and FileMaker Pro.
