About the position

As an Associate Account Manager at Gap Inc.'s in-house Photo Studio, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of product photography, specifically focusing on laydown and on-figure shoots. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent photo shoots, ensuring that all aspects of the production process run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary duties will include creating shot lists, maintaining data integrity within the workflow tool, and tracking any variances in shot requests in collaboration with relevant business partners. In addition to managing the logistics of photo shoots, you will partner closely with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples necessary for the shoots. Your role will also involve assisting in the scheduling of product laydown and on-figure photo shoots, overseeing the daily workflow process to ensure that all projects are completed on time. You will be the primary point of contact for any inquiries regarding sample and shot list integrity, making your communication skills essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline, ensuring timely asset delivery. You will provide accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team, analyze data, and offer recommendations for future photo shoots. Additionally, you will create, publish, and maintain seasonal shot guidelines to align the shot strategy with the approved budget, ensuring that all photography efforts are both effective and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for all laydown and on-figure product photography produced at Gap Inc.'s in-house Photo Studio.
  • Manage multiple concurrent photo shoots within the in-house Photo Studio.
  • Create shot lists and ensure data integrity within the workflow tool.
  • Track and resolve shot request variances with appropriate business partners.
  • Partner with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for photo shoots.
  • Assist in scheduling product laydown and product on-figure photo shoots.
  • Oversee daily photo shoot workflow process.
  • Manage high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for questions regarding sample and shot list integrity for on-figure and laydown photography.
  • Provide accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for future photo shoots.
  • Create, publish, and maintain seasonal shot guidelines to ensure correct shot strategy mapped to approved budget.
