Responsibilities

• Assist account managers with daily tasks, including client inquiries, policy management, and renewal processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
• Review and analyze insurance policies, coverages, and endorsements.
• Prepare and process insurance applications and renewal documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to ensure timely policy issuance and updates.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of commercial insurance through training and certifications.

Requirements

• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in building a career in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
