Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for assisting the Account Managers and Senior Account Manager by providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned Commercial P&C customers within various industries, such as real estate, technology, contractors, etc.
  • Orders, maintains, and ensures the accuracy of policy endorsements.
  • Checks issued policies for accuracy and follows up with the carriers, as needed, for corrections.
  • Processes Certificate of Insurance Requests for customers.
  • Inputs and files policy coverage data in the agency management system.
  • Addresses carrier billing issues.
  • Downloads policies and endorsements from carrier websites daily.
  • Distributes mail daily.
  • Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent, preferred.
  • Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License, preferred.
  • 2-3 years insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
