About The Position

The Associate Account Manager position at Nasdaq is designed for an energetic individual who will support a team of Relationship Managers in managing relationships with Southern US and LATAM companies. This role involves various administrative tasks, including contract management, account maintenance, and assisting with onboarding new clients, all aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the account management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of office experience.
• Strong planning, researching, and technical skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to understand online systems including Salesforce, Apttus, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of capital markets and investor relations is helpful.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support East Coast Relationship Managers in contract administration, re-contracting, billing, and lead to cash processes using Apttus.
• Maintain accounts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate billing contacts and communication details.
• Assist Relationship Managers in prioritizing account management and identifying key opportunities.
• Review low usage accounts and enter At Risk tickets to flag in the dashboard.
• Help create call sheets, event speeches, and other administrative materials for Relationship Managers.
• Facilitate the successful onboarding of new IPOs by ensuring their products and services are operational.
• Collaborate with other associate account managers on projects that support the entire RM team, including material development in Microsoft Teams and process improvements.
• Prepare various sales management reports, including top clients, clients at risk, quality reports, and implementation reports.
• Work with business unit owners to gather and organize content for Relationship Managers to use with clients.
