About the position

The Associate Account Manager at Gifthealth plays a vital role in supporting Account Managers with daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering the growth of client accounts. This position emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills, along with a customer-centric approach to enhance the healthcare experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary communication hub between existing provider groups and Gifthealth, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Maintain positive and proactive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Identify and offer relevant new services or products to existing clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle day-to-day issues related to specialty prescriptions, including following up with manufacturer's field representatives and internal teams for status updates.
• Reach out to healthcare offices to ensure they fully understand our offerings, including explaining our prior authorization process.
• Ensure timely and accurate script fulfillment, coordinating with relevant teams as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Familiarity with specialty prescriptions and prior authorization processes is a plus.
