About the position

The Associate Account Manager at SiriusXM will support the Client Services team in executing advertising campaigns for clients and agencies, contributing to revenue generation for SiriusXM Media. This role involves collaboration with Account Managers and various internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day needs of the Client Services team.
• Assist Account Managers in executing campaigns for Advertisers/Agencies.
• Build media plans and execute insertion orders.
• Ensure proper deployment of creative materials.
• Assist with research requests and monitor campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve invoicing queries.
• Provide ad-hoc account-related support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Previous customer service-oriented role is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with advertising campaign management tools.
• Familiarity with digital audio advertising.
