This role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service and advocacy for our clients, which includes managing a book of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business. The Associate Account Manager will assist in various tasks such as handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies, ensuring that all required tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position requires a thorough understanding of the insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, and procedures. The Associate Account Manager will review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy, and will also be responsible for completing loss and claim analysis and summaries. Coordination with the department manager to obtain renewal business information is also a key responsibility.
