About the position

The Associate Account Manager will proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on account setup, relationship management, and reporting. This role involves partnering with the sales team to execute sales strategies at the account level, developing and maintaining relationships to understand workflow requirements, and ensuring all issues and requests are resolved by collaborating with appropriate departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned accounts, including Canada and International accounts.
• Develop and cultivate broker relationships to ensure effective service delivery to all accounts.
• Execute customer requirements prior to the ordering process.
• Support preparation for line reviews and customer meetings.
• Fill out new item forms and promotion submission forms for assigned accounts.
• Support implementation of product transition plans; track and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Evaluate current and potential out of stock inventory and review with sales/account management.
• Assist with obtaining samples and booth setup for trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SYSPRO and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting; ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and orientation toward meticulous work.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
