Responsibilities

• Keying in orders into the TMS (Transportation Management System)
• Scheduling appointments for pick up and delivery
• Communicating with customers about issues related to loads
• Sending updates to customers about truck progress
• Relaying appointment times to trucks and ensuring acknowledgment
• Requesting detention and extended delivery from customers when necessary
• Performing check calls on trucks' progress

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in account management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
