About the position

The Associate Account Manager at AdsWizz will support the Client Services team in executing advertising campaigns for clients and agencies, ensuring smooth operations and driving revenue for SiriusXM Media. This role involves collaboration with Account Managers and various internal teams to meet client needs and deliver successful advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks including building media plans and executing insertion orders.
• Ensure creative is deployed properly and assist with research requests.
• Align with core pod teams to support high-touch clients and their campaign needs.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries as assigned.
• Provide ad-hoc account-related support and delegate work as necessary to internal resources.

Requirements

• Experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Previous customer service-oriented role is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Previous experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
