In this role, the Associate Account Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's services, pricing structures, and additional offerings that may benefit assigned customers. This includes performing contractual re-signs to extend customer relationships and enhance profitability. The position requires responding to cancellation requests in accordance with established policies and proactively communicating with customers to support pricing initiatives. Daily utilization of Salesforce is essential for scheduling and documenting all customer interactions, including calls, meetings, and proposals. The Associate Account Manager will also be responsible for capturing customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions, and managing customer credits. Regular meetings with the Sales Manager will be held to review customer retention efforts, relationship-building activities, and progress towards established goals. The role may also involve other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company’s objectives.
