About the position

This position is responsible for managing accounts to achieve revenue goals, focusing on renewal and upsell opportunities while balancing customer needs with organizational objectives. The role involves proactive oversight of assigned accounts, managing day-to-day service requirements, and developing strong relationships with customers and brokers to enhance outcomes for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and grows revenue base through upsells, account retention, and improving financial gains at renewal.
  • Coordinates account management with a focus on choosing the right solutions that balance client and business needs.
  • Administers renewal proposals, reviews financial data, and delivers win-win recommendations.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact, liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinates account service through effective collaboration and develops partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Resolves customer concerns timely and suggests solutions to leadership, identifying opportunities to expand/enhance services/processes.

Requirements

  • 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong business math and analytical skills to position financial outcomes contributing to revenue goals.
  • Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management skills to manage overlapping projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to track and meet specific deliverables in a tight deadline environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to work cross-functionally and generate results.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain through Continuing Education.
