As an Associate Account Manager, the appropriate onboarding and mentorship is provided to learn/apply R&R Insurance systems and processes. The primary focus of this full-time position is to manage multi-line commercial accounts. This includes the direct response to customers' daily service requests, evaluating and recommending coverages to meet the needs of the client/prospect, negotiating with markets for optimum coverage, and maintaining solid carrier relations. You will be responsible for assisting with market selection by creating applications and proposals. Other major responsibilities include reconciliation of account discrepancies, invoicing, reviewing policies for accuracy, processing certificates, binders, change requests, claims, audits, and endorsements.
