The Associate Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Employee Benefits Channel by providing administrative and clerical support in accordance with company practices, policies, and procedures. This position involves assisting account managers with client needs, compliance, and timely completion of paperwork. The Associate Account Manager will assist the account team in delivering quality customer service to existing accounts. Responsibilities include resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information, and providing general account assistance as needed. The role also involves helping with annual enrollment by creating communication materials and assisting with special projects in the office as requested. Maintaining accurate client information in account management systems is essential, and the Associate Account Manager may act as a client manager on assigned accounts. Responsibilities

  • Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License preferred.
