About the position

The Associate Account Manager at SiriusXM Media plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Services team by assisting Account Managers in executing advertising campaigns for clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about audio entertainment and eager to learn the intricacies of digital audio advertising. The role involves operational tasks, collaboration with various teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns, all while contributing to the growth of SiriusXM Media's brands.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks including building media plans and executing insertion orders.
• Ensure creative is deployed properly and assist with research requests.
• Align with core pod teams to support high-touch clients and their campaign needs.
• Monitor campaigns and ensure campaign delivery across various ad serving systems.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries as assigned.
• Provide ad-hoc account-related support and delegate work as necessary to internal resources.

Requirements

• Experience in digital/radio/mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Previous customer service-oriented role is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Previous experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint is a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
