The role also requires monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, inventory management, and billing accuracy for designated brands. The position also emphasizes business development, where the Associate Account Manager will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to increase revenue within existing customer accounts. Proactively addressing potential logistics challenges and proposing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty is a critical aspect of this role. Furthermore, the Associate Account Manager will be responsible for actively resolving complex logistics issues, documenting resolution plans, and communicating them to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal liaison for assigned creator-led brand clients, fostering robust and enduring relationships.
  • Comprehend each client's distinct requirements, challenges, and goals pertinent to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Promptly and effectively address and resolve fulfillment issues, shipping delays, storage concerns, and billing inquiries.
  • Regularly and directly interact with brands to ensure their needs and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, warehousing, and transportation, to guarantee the seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, inventory management, and billing accuracy for designated brands.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand services and increase revenue within existing customer accounts.
  • Proactively address potential logistics challenges or bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively resolve complex logistics issues, such as inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and billing disputes.
  • Document and communicate resolution plans to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, analytics, or logistics supply chain is preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in account management or customer-facing roles within the supply chain industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
