Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships through meetings, networking, and referrals.
  • Find new candidates or clients daily, exceeding activity metrics defined in partnership with your manager.
  • Qualify all consultants for quality, availability, and deliverability.
  • Negotiate pay rates in line with expected and budgeted margin percentages.
  • Utilize Eliassen Group systems and gather market intelligence in the form of sales leads.
  • Work closely with account executives to fill job requirements in a trusted, two-way-street working relationship.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Motivated and driven to exceed sales and recruiting metrics.
  • Basic understanding of the IT staffing industry is a plus, but not required.

Nice-to-haves
