Associate Account Manager

About the position

The Associate Account Manager at ADP is responsible for providing exceptional service to a designated client base, focusing on payroll, tax, and systems-related inquiries. This role emphasizes client satisfaction and involves resolving issues, answering questions, and training users on ADP technology. The position operates in a metrics-driven environment, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. The Associate Account Manager will also coordinate proactive meetings and manage client-level projects, ensuring a high level of service and support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance, and training as needed.
• Effectively handle all client inquiries with quality and within the established SLAs.
• Contact and visit high-profile clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver account review presentations.
• Perform regular analysis of assigned accounts to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Coordinate client-level projects including addition of features, client mergers and acquisitions, regulatory changes, etc.
• Meet department standards and metrics.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in account management or client services.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Experience in training and mentoring others.
