About the position

The Associate Account Manager at HUB International is responsible for servicing and retaining Management Liability insurance clients. This role involves supporting Sales Executives and Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business, while also focusing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-selling and up-selling on the team by helping Account Managers with Critical Path scorecards and corresponding benchmarking analysis.
  • Prepare and send renewal solicitation emails to account teams 120 days in advance of all renewals, and set up PREN activity in EPIC.
  • If marketing, set up AMMK with proper submission activities for each carrier approached; if not marketing, set up proper RENA in EPIC.
  • Support all aspects of the invoicing process working with the team in Waunakee, WI.
  • Help with post-renewal deliverables including following up for subjectivities, binders (including binder extensions or changes), and policies.
  • Help with checking policies to their corresponding binder, complete proper policy checklist, and update EPIC accordingly.
  • Generate a Policy Deliver Letter and attach to an email with policies to Producer/Account Executive.
  • Confirm on all renewals that EPIC has been properly updated and add any missing documents as necessary to complete files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Property and Casualty producer's license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
