About the position

The Associate Account Manager at Appcast plays a crucial role in supporting Account Managers with various tasks related to client management and recruitment marketing strategies. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their expertise in multi-channel recruitment marketing and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for building campaigns, investigating technical issues, and generating valuable insights that help clients achieve their recruitment goals. In this role, the Associate Account Manager will work closely with Account Managers to ensure that client requests are handled promptly and accurately. This includes generating reports, responding to inquiries, and monitoring client accounts to ensure they are receiving the best possible service. Staying updated on Appcast's product enhancements is essential, as this knowledge will enable the Associate Account Manager to effectively communicate the value of Appcast's offerings to clients. The position also involves conducting media research and collaborating with various teams to plan and execute effective media strategies. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for building campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform, ensuring that all client needs are met. Additionally, providing direct customer support to clients is a key aspect of this role, with the Associate Account Manager escalating issues to Account Managers when necessary. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of Appcast's product suite, which will be developed through cross-functional partnerships with product and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support to Account Managers for requests including but not limited to generating reports, responding to client inquiries, and monitoring client accounts.
  • Keep up to date with Appcast product enhancements, building and maintaining knowledge of how Appcast's products provide value to clients.
  • Conduct media research and cross-company collaboration planning and executing media strategies.
  • Build campaigns, feeds and expansions within the Appcast platform.
  • Provide direct customer support to Appcast clients, escalating issues to Account Managers as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, and solve for client facing issues while building technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and media planning.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot product issues.
