The Associate Account Manager Client Support role at ADP is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional client service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This position focuses on resolving client challenges, training users on ADP technology, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role emphasizes building relationships, educating clients about ADP products, and organizing daily tasks to manage a high volume of inbound calls effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, addressing time-sensitive issues and providing solutions.
  • Build relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Educate clients on the value of ADP products and services, providing recommendations based on client input.
  • Organize daily schedules to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • Military experience with skills in teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is acceptable.
