About the position

The Associate Account Manager at Disney Experiences plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to address their challenges.
• Manage client expectations, project timing, and direction to set the agency up for success.
• Maintain a fundamental understanding of the creative development process and media channels used by Disney Experiences.
• Collaborate with Project Management to keep clients updated and engage leadership to maintain momentum toward deliverables.
• Assist in ensuring budget accuracy to prevent exceeding approved funds.
• Work with internal agency peers to develop creative solutions that meet client briefs and advance business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and field partners through face-to-face interactions and electronic communications.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising agency, brand management, media, or a related field.
• Knowledge of various communication mediums including video, print, digital, social media, email, and out-of-home advertising.
• Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
• Current knowledge of trends in the advertising industry.
• Understanding of brand management and advertising for consumer brands.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
